Why I’m running more and cycling less (at the moment)

I’ve taken up running this year and I’m enjoying it a lot. I don’t run big distances (5km is the longest) or fast times but it’s been an addictive few months as I’ve improved my running fitness. As a result, I haven’t done much cycling recently
