I’ve had the same handlebar grips on my Specialized Rockhopper mountain bike since I bought it in 2009. They’ve gradually become more and more worn and the rubber has started to perish. In preparation for this, I’ve been training over the last month or so. Here’s what I have been doing; I’m not a fitness instructor but this is what works for me.
